Is ordering online with you secure?
Absolutely Yes! We take great care to ensure we offer all of your details and payments the best internet security possible. We use the Paypal payment gateway as they are the industry's best in secure payment handling.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched either same day or next day and we use Royal Mail for all small orders. Orders over £36 are tracked and you will be emailed with a tracking number. Larger orders will be sent via courier and we will email you with tracking details.
Do I need an account to order from you?
Yes, but this is quickly created as you place your order, and compiles only the information we need to process your order. And don't worry, this does not mean we save any payment information, and we will never pass on any of your details or information. The benefit of creating an account when you order is that if you order again, we already have your address details to speed up the order process. In the future, we will be offering competitions and offers to existing customers, giving you a Thank You for your loyalty.
Can I return my orders?
All UK orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, providing they are either in their original packaging and condition, or are faulty. Overseas orders can only be refunded, but please note, we will not pay any shipping charges and/or shipping tax so please check before you send! It is also advised that you send any items back via a recorded delivery service to ensure it reaches us securely. We will only refund delivery costs on orders that are faulty or our mistake (eg. wrong item sent).

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Cheques and Paypal, We also let you buy online and pick up your order from our High Street Shop!
